“I would like you to consider the question, “Is life sacred and should it ever be taken?” It is a simple enough question. It has a fundamental base that runs right through Mankind’s history.

“Three thousand years ago God brought Moses into Egypt to take the ‘chosen people’ out of slavery. My beloved Libby, who died some twelve years ago, I know from Spirit is now working as part of a special team, Mustafa has told us, to help free this world of slavery over three thousand years after that event.

“Is life sacred?

“Did Jesus come two thousand years ago to walk in the dust of the Middle East to bring a message of great importance to the whole of Mankind of how we should live?

“He gave us examples and the truth that we need and two thousand years on that dust is stagnating under so many gallons of human blood of the Jews, of whom Jesus was one, of the Christians who made a church out of the cross that he was crucified on and the Muslims, who came later to bring a different message.

“Those three religious sects have destroyed the very beautiful place and tradition, where Jesus came to give this message. We are told reliably by the Church, who we are told know better than we, that Jesus was the Son of God, that he was part of God and that he deserved true reverence and our love and obedience.

“If that is so and we turn our backs on Jesus and we carry on in this world of misery and pain and destruction, then we are also turning our backs on God and it is no wonder that the whole structure that Man has made of this globe is collapsing around our ears.

“The financial structure made up originally by the Knights Templers, who made the first banks, so that Pilgrims on their way to Jerusalem, where there happened to be fighting with the Muslims and the spilling more blood, so they could safely leave their money with the Crusaders and who would give them a ticket so when they got there were able to take their money out.

“It got rid of the robbers on the roads. It was a good thing. So what happened to the Crusaders and their banks? They became too rich and too wilful and 1307 the Pope, the head of the Christian Church, and the King of France had them destroyed and others took over the banking system and others were produced within this country, within this European Union, within the streets of the World, a society of greed and ‘I must have’.

“Is it nothing to do with us or am I talking a load of rubbish and being boring on a Sunday evening? Or have we not woken up to the fact that by doing nothing we condone it.

“If I go out into the street tonight and I see a young seven year old child being molested by a dirty old man and I walk on and do nothing, then I am partly responsible for what happens to that child and what happens to the man, who has obviously got a mental problem.

“We are all responsible for the state of affairs. We are all responsible, because in the Middle East after the British Raj, where we ruled India because we were so powerful.

“We ruled a quarter of the World. Good Christian country, English stock, what did we teach them? How to fight? How to want more? Where is Jesus’s legacy for the Empire and the Commonwealth today?

“America took over the role after the Second World War, because we had to buy our armaments from them to defeat Hitler. As some one reminded me the other day Hitler was born Christian! We tend to forget.

“But the Americans have taken over the role in the Middle East and in order to get cheap fuel, and all the nice things that they wanted, they have snuggled up to the rulers of the people in the Middle East.

“Gadaffi and all the others, because they had something that the Western World, I won’t say needed but wanted. That is cheap oil.

“How many times when you looked into your newspapers or you read the news do you see another face of us in the West, in Europe and America and in this country, doing business with people because they have something that we want and it doesn’t matter that they are stamping over all their own people.

“What would Jesus say? We are all here with a belief in Jesus. You cannot be involved in a spiritual way of life unless you believe in what he taught and if you believe in what he taught, how do you feel about the way that other people have interpreted it?

“It is not only the Christian through many, many wars have been saying, “It alright! God is on our side. You will go to heaven if you allow your sons to go and fight in the 1914-18 War, because God’s on our side. He’s an Englishman.”

“Does anybody still believe that in this day and age that God is a man sitting on a throne with a bowler hat and an umbrella trying to rule the universe?

“It’s an insult, isn’t it? God is a Universal Force that brought all these things into being and, as I humbly say it, “He only made one mistake.”

“He gave us free will, so that we could oppose him and go unpunished – in the short term. Therefore we think its okay to be badly behaved if we do get away with it.

“It’s like Jenny driving us here today, there was a maniac going past. We were doing the speed limit and somebody goes past in a van at goodness how many tens of miles an hour faster than she was.

“I am sorry to say this, but she called him an idiot! She was quite right! He was an idiot only because he though he could get away with it. If he had met a police car coming the other way that had flagged him down, he would have felt that he had been victimised and picked on and we have heard it all before.

“We all say that we can only do what is in our own hearts, we could only look after our own lives and get out of ticklish spots to go to Summerland, up there, where we have made a place for ourselves.

“But if we do a lot more to help other people, our fellow man, for the greater good and try and talk to people and to try and stop the slavery, the oppression, the starving, famine in the Horn of Africa. Has Man learned nothing, since Joseph went into Egypt and interpreted a dream?

“When are we all going to wake up and find out that we got it wrong because we didn’t listen? At least we listened, but it didn’t stick. We couldn’t find enough other people to come together with the same ideas and say, “Come on. Let’s do something. Let’s make our voices heard.”

“So I leave you with the thought that I gave you at the beginning, “Is life sacred and should it ever be taken?” because if it is sacred then we should help preserve it in all people all around this globe regardless of colour, creed or the belief system they have.

“There are too many of us, who are too happy that rather than think about doing something positive to turn over on our pillows and have another ten minutes before the alarm clock goes off.

“We are all guilty. Every one again has got to remember, when we die, we die in body, we live in Spirit and as long as we have got a good answer for that person sent to meet us, who says, “What did you do? Did you make a difference? I can’t quite see it from up here, but tell me have you made a difference?”

“Like Mandela’s made a difference, like Sister Teresa’s made a difference – you can go round the world and you can see a few and maybe there are many more who are unheard of and unsung, but we only get one shot at this and its not too later.

“Dear people, thank you for so many of you coming out tonight. There are always attractions at home that stop people from coming.

“So often there is a reason not to come, but tonight is a special evening in the history of this world and for our country in particular, because many forces are at work trying to bring the greater good into the good to remove it from the negative vibrations in which they have been trapped for so long.

“During the last two millennia the words of our Lord Jesus have been diluted, debased and by many trodden into the dust.

“Whether you believe that he was a man who came as a prophet to teach the Way, the Truth and the Life or whether he was the son of God or whether he never existed, really doesn’t matter.

“That may surprise some of you. After we have gone who will notice? Only our deeds will be remembered and the deeds of this man who taught in the Middle East on sacred ground, which has been despoiled by Mans greed and hostility to himself.

“Those words still tell us, whether we are a Christian, a Jew, a Muslim or Agnostics, they tell us the way to live our lives for the betterment of our souls and the greater good of all those around us.

“If the people of this earth plane would only remember and think about the teachings that he gave, the stories and the parables that he taught.

“He taught simple messages, not highfalutin philosophy, but simple stories about men and women who lived in those days, so that they could understand and each one had a message for you and for me.

“If we all try to look back at those words, to love our neighbour and not to hate him because he looks differently, we all worship the same God, the same Creator, the Great Universal Force who made this all possible and whether you are entrapped by science or by religion, that doesn’t really matter.

“It’s the way you use your life and your time on this earth plane – that is what matters and remember that when you leave this earth and those heavy burdens are put down, because we are not here just to have a good time.

“We are here to understand some very hard lessons and we all go through pain. We all go through love, because in order to appreciate love then you have to appreciate some pain.

“God made, if you like, a coin of life and enlightenment and on one side are the things we like and on the other are the things that we don’t like.

“But to have one without the other would be meaningless. In order to appreciate all the good things you have in life, like our health, sometimes we have to be unwell.

“So remember that when you pass, you will be met and someone will ask you, “What did you do? Did you make a difference? Is the world a better place for our children and our grand children, because you came?”

“Well now, I hope you can say, “Yes. I didn’t always succeed, but I did all these things and I helped wherever I could.”

“You can’t do more than you are able, but don’t walk by on the other side, because you can’t turn back.

“Work in love, learn from others, be tolerant for what is good and stand against what is bad and the world will be a better place because you walked here.

“God bless you all.”

Given as the Address by Michael Ayers at Divine Service at Eastbourne Christian Spiritualist Church, Eastbourne in East Sussex on Sunday, 28^th August 2011

“We are gathered together this afternoon in a place of Spirit and in a place of God, where many of you have brought together your private thoughts, your private needs and your private hopes.

“But because you have come together and brought them together, they are so much more powerful. God has made us all powerful by allowing through his creation that we too can be creative.

“We have the ability to create original thought and these thoughts, whether we say them or whether we think them, go out from us into the Universe.

“Good thoughts are on a higher vibration and they take love and they are heard and they are answered in the best possible way for us and to those to whom we direct them.

“Unfortunately, there is another side to the coin of thought and that side is the negativity, the hate, the intolerance and all those things, which are spreading like a cancer around this globe that has made it a world that, by and large, worships the material of greed and envy.

“It has reached such a point that our Almighty Father has decreed that enough is enough and instead of this side of the coin, which is filled with light and love and plenty, the other side is manifesting itself.

“The worship of greed and avarice has to be turned down and like the Babylonians, who sacked Jerusalem and took them off into slavery for seventy years, because God said, “You worship me alone and not Baal and all the other Gods.”

“We, by and large, have been worshiping the material as a race and, all around the world, banks and financial houses have been gambling with our money.

“They have turned the world into a huge casino. People are even selling their shares, which causes the prices to go down, so they can buy them more cheaply and pocket the difference.

“Is that a way to run the world?

“The whole financial system will have to change and the present society will have to be rethought. “I want it now. I’ll pay for it tomorrow”.

“How do you know that you can pay for it tomorrow? You tell that to the Greeks and the Romans and the Irish and the Spanish and so on.

“Tell that to the Americans, where they are now in debt because their bonds are held by the Chinese. Who is going to rule in this new order of the world?

“What is important is that each and every one of us does our bit, so that we stand up and understand what is happening. A lot of people are going to be in trouble.

“A lot of people are going to lose their homes and some have done already. A lot of people will need love and support and we all need to do what we can, especially within our own family.

“We must insure that it is not going to be our children, who use Facebook to go and incite rioting – people who want something for nothing – it is not a happy world.

“Miracles are happening all around the world. It is important that we see them. For so long, at least for the last forty years, nobody would have believed that the people would stand up in Libya and pull down the tyrant.

“Syria will pull down a tyrant and in time with Spirits help these countries will be free. They have to be free. Oppression is a yoke around our necks.

“It is not only in the Middle East. Sometimes it’s in the home, when a man has so much ego that he is the number one in the family and everybody else has to do his bid.

“Some women are strong, some men are weak. Nobody is always depicted by the parallel, but there are families who are in trouble, because they don’t talk to each other and by the time that they have started talking to each other it is too late, because they have already got their entrenched positions.

“Those of us who understand these things must teach our children how we must share, love and hope and, before our children are two, let them start to realise the difference between right and wrong.

“We all know the difference. Everybody knows the difference. Even Colonel Gaddafi knows the difference – it’s just that he’s not listening, because he wants all that revenue for himself and now he is paying a price.

“Let us all remember, as Brenda said earlier on, that despite all these sores and spots of weakness and discontent around the world, this is a beautiful planet.

“Let us try and keep it that way. Let us try and do our bit to make our gardens smile and be happy. Let our faces smile and be happy.

“Let’s not walk through the streets looking as miserable as some people do. Smile!

“If they can’t smile back that is their problem, but you are giving them those wonderful vibrations of love and sometimes they share and they realise and they will smile back and they will feel better and so they will go round the corner and smile at somebody else.

“Don’t just sit in your armchair thinking, “I can’t do anything. I am so small and insignificant.”

“No you are not! We are all God’s creation. We all have a will. We all know what is the right thing to do. Let us go out and do it for our fellow man and for ourselves.

“To paraphrase what JFK said all those years ago, “Let us not ask God what he can do for us, but let us ask God what we can do for him, for the greater good, for our fellow man and for the future of this planet.

“It is such a beautiful evening this evening with clear blue skies and the warmth of the glorious sun, but it is so difficult to realise that beyond where we are there are huge clouds of negativity settling around this world of ours.

“Riots are on our own streets and the oppressed in the Middle East are having the courage to stand up and fight for their freedom.

“The unthinkable on the Stock Exchange as the shares and their value are crashing because of the greed of the people, of the nations of the world, who must have it today and pay for it some time tomorrow assuming that they can.

“Some countries are in severe difficulty. The only wealth that they have is the substance within that country. The very homes and communities of the people are at risk.

“But despite all these heavy clouds, the sun is shining and because we all understand that we are spirit and are only here for a short time to learn and to help, we recognise within ourselves the light that God put there, which Jesus ignites and sends out rays of healing and understanding, so that we can not just sit by and say, “Tut-tut, isn’t that awful?”

“Thank goodness there wasn’t fighting on the streets of Tonbridge. It’s all right in Tottenham – I don’t live there, but it might have been Tonbridge.

“It could be anywhere where there are problems, where people want something for nothing and who aren’t prepared to work, to save up and then go and buy.

“Credit is so easy for all of us. We have all made the mistake that a little bit of plastic makes us wealthy, but there is always a day of reckoning.

“And so it is with life – those people in the Middle East, who have oppressed their own people, are killing them like vermin just to safeguard their own home and their won security.

“They will have their day of reckoning. Not only here when their people stand up and say, “That is enough!”

“My life is not important anymore if I can give it to the greater good, so that all my people, my family, my wife, my children and those who are to come can live in freedom and have a choice and to worship in their own way, their own God, to see their own light shining within and shining from others, who they meet.”

“God has had a very bad press of late. Too many people turn their back on him and don’t want to know. They have believed that as long as they have got enough material things, then they are okay.

“But are you? Are we all sure that we are going to be okay when we step through that curtain into the next world, the next dimension and somebody says, “What did you do with your life? What did you achieve? What have you done to other people?”

“Spiritual people come to evenings like this and they give their praise to God and the Spirit World. How many people do not come? Do not go to any place, where they can come together in a group and give praise and thanks.

“To send out prayers, which are listened to and these prayers for people, who do not know they are being prayed for around the world, are given strength and energy and will stand up for what’s good and what’s right.

“Jesus stood up for what was good and what was right and he paid the ultimate penalty of being killed, murdered if you will, but it was all part of the plan for the greater good.

“If Jesus hadn’t died and hadn’t been resurrected, how would we know for certain that life is eternal and that what we do here in our short time on this earth plane is only a little part, a little cameo, for us to learn about what life is really all about.

“If you have never been lonely, how can you understand love? If you have never been frightened, how can you understand security?

“The great coin of life, which God made, has two sides. One which you like and one which you don’t and unless we have a certain amount poundage on the other side, how can we appreciate the good and what it really does mean for all of us.

“There are a lot of wonderful good things in this world that God has given us. We see the sunsets. We see the flowers, especially in spring and we see the look in the eyes of a new born babe as it gazes at its mother – almost saying, “Thank you for my life.”

“We all have our own special things that make life special for us. What we have to do is to remember that each and every person has needs that they can’t fulfil on their own and as long as we do our best to try and help them by talking to them, by letting them cry on our shoulders.

“Whatever it takes, if we can be good Samaritans then we don’t have a problem when we are asked, “What did you do? Was your life worthwhile?”

“Do not be alarmed. So many terrible things are happening all around us even in our own villages, in our own counties and our own country.

“There are times when you can feel the negativity of Mankind’s destruction with lack of love for his fellow, his greed and inhumanity to man.

“But one can be forgiven for feeling that it is all too much and that those who are in difficulty, who are getting older and the aches and pains are hurting and the pension is not what it was.

“Although some people who have been working so hard to get their ‘A’s and ‘B’s and a place into a university, so that they can have a secure future.

“May I tell you that today we had a phone call from a mother, who’s lovely daughter had not got an ‘A’ and two ‘B’s, which she needed to go to her first choice university.

“She had lost the ‘A’ by one mark and she was distraught, because she felt that if she wasn’t going to be accepted by her number one choice the second University would not accept her either.

“Now Mustafa had told her mother (Mustafa being Jenny’s 4,000 year old Egyptian holy man guide) that the daughter would just scrape through.

“One mark the wrong side of the line is not scarping through. Her mother took her daughter down to the university and they tried everything they could, but they wouldn’t take her. There wasn’t a place.

“We had a phone call just before we came out to say that the second choice did take her. There was an unconditional place for her there even though she was one mark below.

“Presumably other students had had difficulties and for that second choice the barrier was lowered and she scraped in. It was very difficult for the mother thinking her daughter had scraped out, if I can put it that way.

“Many, many young people are out there having worked hard and need their place at university and will become good citizens and have a good career helping others.

“But there are some who will not make it. There are some who haven’t had discipline and love in their families to be strong and to know what is right and what is wrong.

“For people to use Facebook to incite rioting in this country of ours is shameful.

“We all have to start where we can by being firm and being loving and doing our bit and it is never too early to start.

“Already within a couple of years so much is already ingrained in the psyche of each and every one of us, who can’t remember what it was like I suspect to be two and having to make decisions.

“But by the time they are twelve or thirteen or fourteen it is too late and we mustn’t just step back. We must be proud that we understand the enlightenment that God has given us.

“We have always seeked love. We all know what love is and we all know what it is like not to have love at certain times in our lives and to feel alone and lost.

“Sometimes, when we have lost somebody very close to us, a parent or a partner and tragically sometimes even a child, there is a gap within us.

“We feel an emptiness that we have lost something very strong and very precious and very meaningful and we simply cannot go on without them.

“God is in our lives, whether call him God or Sir or the Universal Force, the Creative Genius, who put this all together and made it work.

“If he is lacking within us, then we too have a bigger void than the one that we lost and it is important that young people, although they make their own choices, need to know that we are spirit.

“We are ever lasting and whatever we do on this earth plane we will be called to account for what we have done wrong or what we have left undone.

“I would like you to all be smiling when I sit down. I have said some strong words this evening. Life is not hopeless. Prayers are answered and when things are unsettling and difficult and hurtful it has to be put right.

“Like a spot or a boil, once it lanced and the negativity and the poison goes away, then the rebuilding can start and this world will be rebuilt and it will be stronger and the force of Spirit will guide the many people who are on this earth to make sure that that happens.

“Let us all do our little bit and not forget that we are part of a huge greeter good. Let us think of the greater good before ourselves.

“Let us think of God, not what he can do for us, but what we can do for him and for everybody else.

“God bless you all.”

“When two or three are gathered together in my name I will grant their requests.

“We are not alone. This hall tonight is full and over-brimming with the souls of spirit, of those who have come to witness.

“Some of them are your love ones, some of them guide you and many come to learn from you about how you live your lives.

“Not every one comes down at this time to walk upon this earth. Many have come before and have got it wrong and learned little and have forgotten.

“Few have come a second time. What point is there if you got it wrong the first time? You will get it wrong again? That is what my guide tells me.

“Of all these people, who come upon this earth plane to struggle and experience pain and emotions of fear and errors, very few live in love.

“So many who are here, are living in fear – we do not know. Few of us experience what it is like to live in true fear, where even people are frightened to think in case others come and take them away to prison and torture and death.

“This World at this time is filled with a glorious, strong energy that has been sent down from the highest level to give all people courage to stand up and to take personal responsibility, either in their homes or in their work place or in the countries where they live.

“This energy has galvanised people from one to the other. A young man in Tunisia, who was not allowed to sell his vegetables on the street and protested by sacrificing himself and setting himself on fire inspiring others in that country and then in Egypt and now throughout the Middle East oppressed people are taking the courage and standing up and they are not alone.

“They are with others, like minded, but they are guided by the Spirit, by the strength that forced freedom into their country and to take away the oppressors for they have stood silent too long.

““Why doesn’t God do something?”

“Think about it and learn what is God’s problem and what is Man’s problem.

“If we do nothing and we allow oppression to go on in the home, in the family, in the country, on the face of the Earth, we are condoning it.

“We all have free will and Spirit cannot go against our free will. If we do not move to be helped and to help others, God is powerless because he gave us the power of freedom, of speech, of mind, of thought.

“Thought is the strongest and most important creation that goes through all people in all countries, on all levels in this world and in the next and the realms beyond right the way through to the Godhead, where purity and love and peace exist.

“We all by our existence and our acceptance of God’s love and life progress towards that great enmity beyond our comprehension from which we came and where we wish to return.

“If we do nothing, we will have nothing and we will have nowhere to go, so we leave this earth plane we shall move to a place where we have decided we wish to be by our actions, by our thoughts, which are also our prayers.

“What we put out for others, so we will reap for ourselves. It is hard to come out on an evening like this and be told, perhaps you are thinking, I am saying you have got it all wrong.

“I am not saying that. I am saying that this is the Law of the Jungle. This is where we live and we have to adapt, we have to struggle, we go through pain and we move on and we progress and change is happening all the time and we have to change with it, but not alone.

“The Master Jesus is with us. His energies never left. He is still the Gateway to the Kingdom of Heaven and if we take our steps in that direction and live our lives as he taught us, then we will find peace of mind on this earth plane.

“We will experience Heaven on Earth, but it is no magic portal so when we die we walk through and change into angels if we are not angels in this life, we shall not become angelic.

“Everything that God gives us has to be earned and it is earned by us having love and faith and trust and doing our bit whenever we can for others who are less fortunate than ourselves, so that if our turn should come, then we in turn will be loved and helped.

“Remember that the Bible is a good book. Man has interpreted the words of the Bible in so many different ways that it is difficult sometimes to realise that the words of Jesus and our Creator, our Almighty Father, do not need to be explained, because we know within our hearts.

“We have our own communication with the Spirit, with the Christ energy and with our Father and nobody can intercede for us. It is up to us to do our bit to move on, to help and to struggle and to help others with us who struggle too.

“God bless you all.”

"It is a time of joy and miracles and the warmth of the sun has shone down and bedecked the boughs and bulbs that are putting forth their leaves and flowers for our joy and so another miracle of spring has burst forth.

"Another spring, spring is always a miracle as we go through the winter with sadness and the cold, the illness and the wet and the dampness that gets into our bones.

"Any excuse to paint our souls a darker colour than they really are and then suddenly there is a moment when you look out in your garden, over the countryside and over the great beauty spots like Ashdown Forest and Box Hill and the Lake District.

"There is always a moment every year when you look out and say, "It's spring! God has given us another spring."

"The change from the old has burst forth with this new change of life. Everything comes to life. The struggles that you had during the winter are over, if you let them be over.

"If you hang on to the struggles of the past they will always be with you. The need that you can conquer – the need that you are not alone and know that there is a greater power that has gifts to give you and you are formed beyond the acceptable.

"We put out our hands and say, "Please God may I have?" Do we do it with the right intentions?

"Do we just want a new car because they have one next door? Do we want a new television, because we can't be bothered to go into another room to watch it?

"Do we want things because we want them to bedeck ourselves with stones and clothes, so that other people can say, "Oh, they are doing well. Don't they look nice"?

"But it is better if people look into our hearts and faces and see in our eyes that lightness of our soul and our hearts within, knowing that within us is love, which we want to give out to all that we meet.

"Wherever they come from, whatever colour their skin may be, whatever their level of education is, whatever the wealth that they have in their homes, whatever cars they drive, they are all God's children and deserve our love.

"And do we need all these trappings to say, "Aren't I doing well?"

"Not a single one comes with us when we move on in life. We cannot take all these things. We do not need all these things. We are down here for an experience.

"Our souls, our essence, whatever you call this thing inside this physical body, which is the real you that is to experience all the things around you and that is changed by your experiences and is changed so that you understand what you have been through.

"There is not a single person in this hall tonight, who has not suffered and known what it is like to have hardship in whatever shape that may be given, because we are not down here to go partying.

"We can enjoy ourselves as long as it doesn't affect other people, but we are here to experience and as the experience happens it comes into everybody's lives.

"You can look at the rich and famous and say, "Well, they are all right, they don't have to suffer."

"But you watch. Either they don't have love in their lives or they don't have health. There is always something for everybody.

"God is good, but that doesn't mean that he wants us to have an easy ride along this pathway, because otherwise when we go back, and there is a back, and there is a confrontation when we come and people say to us, "What have you done? What have you learned? Was your life worth it?"

"And we must be ready for that and if we start thinking about it now, so it is easier when the questions arrive. We are not here to just enjoy.

"All the physical and wonderful things that there are tempting us in the shops and yet it is all about people and love and what we can do to help. What we can share.

"If you watch the news and look around the world at the moment, it is in turmoil.

"The physical disasters that have happened in Australia, Japan and now the Middle East where they are fighting because some people want to control people who don't want to be controlled, who have at last woken up and said, "I've got food. I've got a job", not all of them have but a lot of them have, but what have they not got – freedom.

"Now we take that for granted. You are free to come here tonight. You are free to listen to the words that I speak. You are free to say, "I don't like what you say" and to walk out.

"There are a lot of people in the world today, who can think but not to put it into words or actions, because they would physically have to suffer and their families would physically have to suffer.

"So let us enjoy what we have, what is all around us, the beauty of the flowers of the blossoms as you drive along the road as you go home and you will see tomorrow the flowers in your garden.

"Wonderful and beautiful reminders of the goodness of Almighty God, who made all these things happen, because he made the coin that has all these good things on one side and he allowed the other side to fill with things that would give us experience.

"All this experience means that we are better able to cope and to help others. None of us like the hardship. None of us like the pain, but isn't wonderful when it stops!

"When you have conquered what was really getting at you. Look into your own hearts. See what is good for you. See what is good for those around you and give out love and compassion.

"All that we have and all the progression that we are asked to make so that we are better people and we can love more and to help more in this world.

"God bless you all."

"Change – the most important word that we could contemplate on, to meditate on, to believe in and to accomplish – nothing ever stays the same.

"We all find ourselves at times in our lives in a comfortable little niche and we don't want to move on. This can happen at any time in our lives.

"Shortly after birth as a baby at our mother's breast filled with the warmth and the love that is all embracing.

"Maybe with our first experience of romance with a member of the opposite sex, of who we thought, "How can it ever be like this? It will never change. It'll always be the same."

"Maybe the first home or the first children, it maybe the comfort of retirement when you have done it all and just want to go out and play golf now and take it nice and easy.

"But looking at a life from beginning to end on this earth plane it is continual change. President Obama said something the other day about Egypt. He said, "This is history."

"And I thought, "Yes, put it another way we went to the supermarket today – that's history, because we've done it."

"It's the magnitude of the past. History is to some people huge, mega. To Noah the flood that he survived is history. He achieved through the angels and his mediums who warned him. Even from the other side the spirits, who said to him, "Build an ark."

"He believed it and he did it and we are being asked almost every day if we listen to our conscience to build an ark and to make changes in our lives.

"Go do something different – we can't just sit and wait and hope it will always be the same. It can't be.

"We came down here as a little speck, if you like of 'God', a little spirit of being, a little essence, to live a life on this earth plane to make a difference to everybody else.

"And we expected and we are taught in schools and by our father, who wants us to do well and our mother who is ambitious for it for the push, "You have got to be material. You have got to achieve.

"You've got to get married. You have got to have a mortgage. You've got to have a good job. You have got to have a lot of material things."

"What is important I feel and I feel we are being told especially at this time of huge global change that we have to make up our minds about materialism.

"We all need certain things. We have a birthright to food, to water, to shelter and in order to live in a modern world then we need transport, we need communications and we need each other.

"We have to look at all these material things and see what we have got and see we need. Don't go and buy another car just because you have got last year's model. Do you really need it?

"You can argue that people have made it and therefore they are in work and you are doing a good thing for them, but you are also using up the world's materials.

"We need certain things. We acquire many things. Many of us have got box rooms, attics and garages stuffed with a whole load of stuff that we have dispensed with and they are still there and we have replace it with something else, when those things could be helping other people, who haven't got anything.

"Materialism is the religion of the world. Think about the labels that are put on certain churches and mosques and so on. Materialism, the consumer, this is the religion that is sweeping this world.

"When you have material things they push away the truth of the spirit, the spirit within and there has to be a balance.

"In the Middle East the balance is changing. It has to change. Through oil and wealth for the grandeur of the few, the many have suffered.

"I am not suggesting that the British Empire and the Roman Empire and the American Empire and the Chinese Empire haven't done exactly the same thing.

"If you are at the top of the heap, people have all the material things you want and it's very hard I can promise you not to insult you, but just to think about it.

"You can have all the material things you could possible want in the world, what are you going to say when you go into the next world with nothing material at all.

"And you are faced with a hundred dead spirits and you will be asked, "What have you done?"

"Have you done the best you could? Have you helped as many as you could or have you been selfish and you have gone off on your trips and just thought about yourself and walked by on the other side when somebody needed that helping hand?

"What are you going to say to whoever greets you in love? You won't be bullied! God is not someone who sits on a throne or stands up here says. "You've been good you can stay. You have been bad you go down."

"That's not God. God does not judge. God had produced this huge universal creation and holds it together intact and the Law of Cause and Effect apply and Mankind at the moment in this material world is destroying this planet and the spirituality that exists.

"More and more material – is that what we want or do we want to be able to feel that our conscience when it pricks us. "Yes, I must go and do that. I know I shouldn't have said that." That's from the Spirit.

"On the other side of the scales you have the greed and avarice saying, "Well I want a new car. That's a blue one. I want a red one this year. I want a new dress. Do I need a new dress? You have only worn that ball gown once."

"It's a balance you need and what's important and remember that our lives are finite. I have had my three score year and ten, so I don't know when I am going to be called.

"But I am not ready to answer those questions and say, "Well I did this and I did that", because I know I've still got a lot to learn and a lot more to do until those vital moments.

"Please just think about what I am trying to say. If life is like a vase on the table it can only take so much. If you fill it with neat spirit then it is the equivalent to God and that is perfect.

"But as material comes in more and more spirit goes out. We must keep ourselves in balance between the material that we need and the spirit, which we shall certainly need plenty of when we go into the next dimension.

"Try and explain to the loving people there what we did with our lives and how we helped the greater good so that everybody was the better for knowing us. That is our ambition.

"God bless you all."

"The world is indeed in great turmoil at this time.

"Not only are there natural disasters occurring all around the globe, but there is unrest and unsettlement.

"The masters have asked too much of their charges and the people are beginning to have the courage to stand up and demand what is their right.

"For too long dictators and leaders have not thought about the people, but have thought about themselves and what they can make out of it.

"You only have to look at the presidential palaces around the world – in Iraq, in Egypt, in Ancient China.

"The people, the true working people like we all are, have had a very, very rough deal.

"For a long time religions have persecuted other belief systems. Tolerance was a word not in their dictionary.

"In Christianity a lot of churches have forgotten who gave them the name of Christian.

"Jesus said, "Go out and heal."

"So few churches, for all their might and their towers and their spires and their expensive robes and their vast amounts of money that they have tucked away, are not allowing healing of the people within those houses.

"The countries that are so dependant on the bishops and the upper echelons have children running around without shoes on their feet, so many without food and water and shelter.

"Yet in the higher places you don't see many 'skinny' bishops. They have enough, but do the people have enough.

"This has got nothing to do with Communism. I am talking about equality. We all come down here with certain rights.

"A right to have enough food, to have shelter, to have water, to be able to do enough to make a living and yet there are so many instances where poverty and squalor abound, even in very rich nations and those held by certain religions.

"It is very easy to stand here and criticise. I do not want you to think that I am against all people who rule in whatever form, because there are some wonderful genuine people.

"Mandela is back from hospital – may he live for many years. Maria Teresa in Calcutta – we all have our favourites, who have done so much to help to balance the equality of people and wealth.

"Wealth on this earth plane is really of such limited use, such limited value. The old expression, "You can't take it when you go" is so true.

"It is far more difficult for those who have a lot to deal with it properly to help others. Some people do, most do not.

"But we all need a certain level to exist. We all need enough and while this world is sorting itself out with a lot of guidance from the Laws of Cause and Effect, which at last are turning in favour of the people, when they have enough courage to stand up and say, "Enough is enough."

"When these things happen and when the economies of the world are not looking so clever and when we all need help and guidance, please let us remember that the little things that we do are enough.

"We don't have to make big waves unless you came in a Roller tonight in which case you have more substance, therefore your waves can be larger and should be larger.

"But, as normal down to earth people, look after your friends and your neighbours and your family – don't walk by on the other side.

"You will find it very crowded. Most people are walking by on the other side.

"There aren't enough people on this side, who will give a little time, a little help, a little guidance to the many and growing numbers of people who need a helping hand.

"Look into your hearts at those moments, when you are thinking, "Oh, I can't stop and do anything I have got to be at shops, I have got to pick up the children from school, I've got to be at work. I can't stop to help that person."

"As you rush on just stop and think, "Am I doing the right thing? Am I really doing what Master Jesus was talking about – what he preached? What my Creator put me down here to do?"

"Let us all look within ourselves and see that we are doing the right thing, so that when we come out of body and we go to this life review that will be put in front of us that we are not going to be frightened of it.

"We won't have got all things right, but at least we will have tried our best. No even 'God' asks us to do more than we are able to do.

"God bless you all."

"The new life is just around the corner.

"We know it is there, because we know that we can do better and when we have got rid of those difficulties that are holding us back – relationship, exams, a relative who we have to give time to to look after.

"When we can move these things out of the way, we know we will turn a corner and lead a better life and be able to help more people, have some time for ourselves and do all those things that we really want to do, but we are much too busy in this modern world rushing around doing things of that have been forced on us.

"They may have been forced on us by our own mistakes and our own errors. They may just have been put there to see how we cope.

"A lot of people are going through a lot of situations at the moment that they thought that they would never have to put up with – redundancies, a mortgage to pay, another child on the way. How are these things going to work out?

"We always seem to be looking forward at a mountain that we have to climb and when we get to the top we are certain that we are going to look out over the promised land into that new life, but so often when we get there, there is another mountain ahead of us.

"It is as though 'God' is playing tricks on us. "Look, they have cleared all that space in their lives, now how are they going to cope with that?"

"So something else comes in our way. This new life, which is round the corner, we can't quite get to it.

"The street almost seems to be made of elastic or to put it another way, the carrot on the end of a stick is getting further and further away, the faster we go towards it.

"But that is life. We didn't come down here to have an easy time. We think that we want an easy time, but if our minds could clear and we would be allowed to see why we came and what we set out to do, then perhaps we would understand why we are going through these terrible things.

"Everybody when they pass, when they come out of body and into the next spirit level, I am quite sure that we will all be able to talk to each other and say, "Tell me about your life.

"Good heavens, all these things that you have been through and I have been through those and there are an awful lot of equal signs."

"They come in a different order. They come in different magnitudes, but we all lose people that we love. We all have health issues.

"Why on earth should I be struck down with that? Why should Uncle Tom be suffering? Why is that poor dear, who is ninety-five and has been ready for the last twenty-five years, she only wanted to go because her husband went before her.

"She has passed her sell by date. We all feel a bit like that sometimes. I had a magical birthday last month. I know it was a magical birthday because it had a nought on the end. (Laughter)

"But it didn't make any difference. I didn't feel any different the night before or the night afterwards. I am still old and wrinkly and tired and aching and wish that I could have an easier path to go down.

"I am very fortunate, because whatever else I haven't got I have love in my life. Jenny and I are rich beyond compare because we love each other and everything we do we go through together.

"Not everybody has that and we both had two goes at it before we got involved together, so it's not easy. We were brought together – spiritually we were brought together.

"We know because my previous wife told me and showed me a picture of Jenny eighteen months before we met. Six months after she died I saw this lady and was told that we would meet and that we would marry.

"And Jenny's guide Mustafa told her fifteen months before we met that this man was going to come into her life and she said, "Well how am I going to find him?"

He said, "Don't worry. He will ring up and walk up to your front door."

"This is exactly what I did, because I had been recommended to have a sitting with her.

"We have to recognise that on this bumpy road, rather like walking through the dessert I imagine, there is always a sand dune in front of you and when you clamber up there is another one and the oasis isn't in sight.

"But you know there is one, because there has to be one. If there is no oasis, if there is no pot of gold, if there is no afterlife, we are wasting our time down here.

"All the experiences that we are going through – the hurt and the heartache, it is not just to make us better people. It is so that we can help other people and say, "I know what you going through. It's like this. I've been there. I had a drug problem".

"It doesn't have to be cannabis. It can be alcohol or tobacco. They are still drugs, in excess they are dangerous.

"We have all lost somebody who we love and it is very, very difficult to fill that void. Suddenly you are on your own and half your body's gone.

"If I lost Jenny I don't think I would cope. I've lost my wife previously. We were very close and it took a long time to come to terms with the fact that I had lost her earthly love.

"It took me a long time to realise that I still had her spiritual love, because we still think in the physical. We are still a little mind, our existence within this physical body, tightened up and we can't expand it until we leave this body.

"Then I believe we go into a spirit world, where our minds can expand and all those things that we've saved and can't see and can't understand at this time will become apparent to us.

"We will be able to look back at our lives. Rather like a period in school. We have various lessons that we have to learn, things that we have to go through and when we look back later on, I believe that we will be able to understand what we went through, why we went through it and what we were supposed to do down here to make a difference to all those other souls who we meet on this pathway.

"Most are struggling to go up these hills. Most are hoping that there is a new life around the corner. Of course there is a new life around the corner.

"There is a better life around the corner, but we have to take that first step towards it and grab it and say, "I am going to be better."

"Not when all these things happen, when the breakthrough occurs, when the miracle comes into my life - when I win the Lottery, when suddenly this handsome man sweeps me off to the Bahamas for the rest of my life.

"When I have all these things then I can be good, then I can help and once I have time, once I have paid the mortgage off, once I've finished at school.

"Whatever those things are, it's no good waiting. You have got to take the first step and be brave enough to speak to our guides, to the Lord Jesus, to 'God' Almighty, who ever you send out your thoughts to.

"I don't say 'prayers', because some people in this day and age deny saying prayers.

"It's religious. I don't have anything to do with religion. I'm spiritual. I don't need the Church."

"It doesn't matter. It's the same thing, the same theme – if you are lying in bed, if you are kneeling at the altar, if wherever you are, you are sending out your thoughts to the Universe and they do go out.

"Thoughts continue on, as far as I know forever more. They go through the Universe, they go to the guides and they go to the Creator, the great wisdom, the great love that we all acknowledge.

"In our heart of hearts we know that he is there, because it is unthinkable that he should not be there and we are all wasting our time down here trying to live a good life – and then the undertaker takes us away and that's it.

"What an awful waste of time. It's like going on holiday and sitting in the bedroom all the time with the curtains drawn saying. "Oh I don't want to go out there I might not like it."

"You have got to get out there. You have got to see what is out there for you. You have got to take your opportunities, because all these hills and mountains which we have to go up are opportunities to make us better, so we can help more people and understand with them what the negative fears and anxieties in this world are all about.

"Because in the next life, in the new life, when we have our spirit bodies and we have reached that place that by and large is called the 'Summerland', because it's always perfect, it's always summer because we are all living in the life force of the Creator.

"There everybody loves everybody else and can see what they have done and what they are. What they have achieved – not badges, no tick boxes, but just, "You did well. You did all those things.

"I wish I had done as many. I wish I had been as good. I wish I had achieved more." Now is the time to achieve, when things are hardest.

"Don't give up. Ask for help and help others. Bless each other. Hold each other up. You can get there. 'God' didn't allow us to come down here just to waste time.

"Take his love, his wisdom and use it. Make a difference in your lives, so that the place is better because you came and think of all those people who are going through much worse things than we are.

"Queenslanders who have lost their homes, Sri Lanka they have had floods and South America, where there are natural disasters.

"Haiti is still trying to get over a year back. I wouldn't be surprised if in New Orleans they haven't yet got their lives back yet.

"We are doing quite well really. If we have a roof over our heads, have enough food, got enough water and we are loved, then really we have got enough to put out our hands to everybody and say, "Can I help?"

"Don't let that old lady fall on the banana skin. It's not funny to her. Give her a helping hand, because you never know the following day you may need that helping hand and you've earned yourself a Brownie point and there will be an angel to hold you up.

"Look on the bright side. Things could be worse. They probably will be, but then we have more to achieve together as one.

"God bless you all."

Given as an Address by Michael Ayers at a Demonstration at Dorking Awareness at Dorking in Surrey on Friday, 10^th September 2010

"The whole point of existence is to follow a pathway collecting experiences along the way and progressing back to our Creator who gave us life.

"That sounds very simple, but as you all know it is a very hard and bumpy road, so our Creator gave us, each and every one of us, a little piece of himself, which is within and which you may call it your mind, your consciousness, your essence, whatever.

"It is a homing beacon back to him.

"It is in the quietness, moments like we have just had, that you allow Spirit to come to you and you listen and you trust and you do what they say. Then the road is not nearly as bumpy as it would otherwise be.

"There are a great deal of people who don't listen, who turn their back on God, the Great International Universal Creative Force.

"He is not a gentleman on a high throne with a gavel saying, "You have been bad. You go down. You can stay."

"The days of the Roman judgement are over, except in Rome amongst certain denominations. God is a word for good. That is what is important.

"He is not a person who you can dial up or go online and ask questions about. That is not necessary.

"Beyond our existence here on this earth plane, there are very many people who have walked it, as we are doing now, who have taken thousands of years of experience to become guides and helpers, so that our road is not so bumpy.

"If we turn away and don't listen, that's fine. We have that choice. We have that free will.

"We don't have to do it, but the whole point is that with that little bit of essence within us, that homing beacon, we cannot ignore it forever.

"Forever is a very, very long time. People may ignore it in this lifetime on this earth plane, but when they step out of body and move into the next stage of this journey, they will have to face the difficulties and realities of how they led their lives.

"I am not going to go into frightening people and say, "Whoa! You deliberately gave the milkman sixpence short the other day and you didn't chase after him and tell him, therefore you are going down to hell.

"No! What is important is to live your lives with the right intentions and to always try and do what is best.

"Sometimes the Law of the Land is an ass. There are always moments when things that are supposed to go that way and you think, "If I do it that way, then the repercussions are going to be that and that isn't right."

"So it is the intentions, and the healers who are here amongst you will know that it is not the time that you spend putting your hands on somebody that channels the great healing force, it is the intention with which you do it – that you want them to get well.

"Jesus was not able to heal everybody. There are many stories where he 'failed' to heal but one is reminded by the ten lepers who came and asked for healing.

"He knew that although he would have the right intentions their faith in him was not quite strong enough.

"He said, "Go on your way. Go to the High Priest and show yourself to the High Priest and you will be cured."

"He knew, because he was one of the greatest mediums the world has seen. He was told clairaudiently or clairvoyantly that they were not ready.

"But as they went on the journey, their courage and their faith would get stronger and they would go and they would suddenly find that they had been healed of this hideous disease.

"Of the ten, one came back to praise God and to say, "Thank you."

"He invited Jesus and his disciples to his home and he gave them a meal. He thanked them all and God that he was no longer a leper.

"The point of that story, which is so important, is that when we get help. We must recognise that help and we must say, "Thank you" and we mustn't be ungrateful, because it is important to recognise the evidence that we are given.

"It takes time on this journey and some people are in a different places on their journey. Some people, you might think, are further ahead spiritually, but that isn't so.

"Because we are all in different places, we are all where we are meant to be and we are all experiencing the opportunities that are placed in our path.

"If we would look at them as an opportunity, as a chance, to move on to get it right and feel that glow that we feel within when we know that you have done something right. There is nothing wrong with that.

"You don't allow your ego to go bubbling up and say, "Whoopee! Look at what I have done. I've given the church some money, put up a plaque for me!"

"No, that's not going to help. But within you, you know that you helped that old lady because she was struggling. You go away feeling, "I got that right. I have got another Brownie point up in my box in Heaven!"

"Since I mentioned Heaven, perhaps I could explain from my point of view what Heaven is and where it is.

"You won't find it on any great map, the great galactic map. "Oh, there's the planet Heaven, it's a long way off!" No, it's not you know!

"Heaven is very, very close to us all and if you read or listen to the great teachers of which Jesus was one, and there are many others of other denominations, who I am not going to talk about tonight because I understand Jesus' teaching the most.

"But if you are from a different sector, don't think I am being biased. If you look at the teaching from all these people, these great prophets who have come down, they are all saying the same thing.

"Mankind is interpreting them in many different ways and this is the problem – so often people think, "I've got it right! I am going to be saved. I am going to sit up with God. A pity about you lot, you don't know. You haven't got it right."

"You must be generous. You must understand that nobody has a right to go and be with God until they have fulfilled everything which is necessary – all those experiences that you have in this lifetime on this earth – to move on.

"Heaven is attainable to each and every one of you here and now.

"It is a state of mind, which you can only bring to yourself in pureness of thought and of the deed and to think of others and not be frightened to have anything that you may loose.

"Jesus was crucified and stripped bare of everything he had except that little piece of God that he took with him and he came to show us that it is possible.

"We don't need all the materialistic things that we think we do. Sure we need some of them. We need our car to get home tonight. That is not wrong, but we use it for the right reasons.

"So thank you for listening to me. I hope you found something in the words that have been spoken here that have caused you to think.

"I want to ask you this evening a question, which perhaps you will spend the rest of your life on this planet pondering and trying to answer.

"Are you afraid of going to heaven?

"Because if you are not, you are either there and very saintly or you are very arrogant and think you have already got a bus pass to our Creator's future place for us.

"Heaven is not something you can find on the map of the Universe. Heaven is a state of mind in which you live.

"Jesus taught us to strive to find Heaven upon Earth. It is not a distant place. It is a reality in which we exist.

"Now if we are afraid of anything, being late for work in the morning, not having done our homework, what the solicitor is going to say to us.

"Whatever is out there for us, there are things of which we are afraid, because we don't know what the answers are.

"Very often when we go and meet them head on, they are not as bad as we feared, but fear is a dark emotion.

"Fear is negativity and like the darkness it can only be driven out by light and light is love and we are made, each and every one of us, in our Creator's love.

"He has put within us a little piece of himself, which we call perhaps our soul, our mind, our essence, our very being. That is the greatest gift that we will ever receive, because it has given us existence.

"That existence lasts for ever more. We are confined in our earthly mind and we cannot expand it enough to appreciate the vastness of eternity – the vastness of this Universe.

"If you look up on a clear night and you see the stars that go on and on out of sight, because there are so many and they go so far. That is where we live – in that great Universe.

"Heaven is not one of those stars. Heaven is a state in which we exist and live and create for ourselves a future, which will be heavenly if we get it right.

"Therefore I suggest to you that there is every reality within us to be frightened of not achieving that state of mind, either here or in the next world or in the many other lives we will live in other worlds.

"Not reincarnations but steps, you can't get from this earth plane directly on a bus that is going to take you straight to God.

"It's a very long journey and we will have to take it in steps through many lifetimes in many places out in that great Universe in the hope that one day we will make it and we will become a part of that Creative Force who gave us life.

"In order to achieve that, to find this oneness with God ,our Creator, we have to let go of everything that we have.

"Somebody once said, "Don't ever cling on to something that you are not prepared to let go."

"Don't be frightened to loose any of your great possessions, because if you are they will hold you back.

"We all have things which are important to us. We all have things that we wouldn't like to see as a space on the shelf, because they have gone.

"If they are sufficient that we are afraid to loose whatever those things are, then how can we move on?

"How can we attain a heavenly state? How can we be able to help that person across the road, if we are afraid of their reaction to us going up and grabbing them by the arm and saying, "Look, be careful."

"We have to open ourselves into a state of being when we are worthy to be looked upon by the Creator who gave us life and Jesus came down to this Earth to live a life helping other people, with no possessions but his heavenly gifts to show us how to do it.

"He, in his mind, created heaven on Earth and this is where we need to all try and go, if we are going to find that transition out of this body, because the time will come when we will die, because we are born we have to die.

"But that death is only a rebirth into the next place, so I ask you to think about it.

"Are you afraid of going to heaven?

"Let the love come into your minds. Our minds are just a ball of thought and if we keep those thoughts positive, you will rise and will be uplifted. Allowing the fear and the negativity then we fall and we can't do what we know we should do.

"So think about it in those quiet moments and be strong and push fear aside. Ask for help.

"Jesus is with each and every one of us and many in Spirit help us on this difficult journey.

"Thank you. God bless you all."

"You must always remember that God loves us all. He does not allow us to come down to the Earth under the heavy negativity of the earth plane to be bored.

"In this life there is no opportunity to sit around and think, "What on Earth am I going to do today?" It is difficult enough fitting everything in to please God.

"There is so much that is needed to do and those words of Francis of Assisi that we have just sung, "Make me a channel of thy peace" – if only all upon this earth plane would take those words and try and bring peace into every situation that is presented to them.

"We all fail. Peace is not something that happens only between Nations. Peace is an understanding, an unconditional love, between two people – any two people.

"Not just your boyfriend, your girlfriend, your mother, your father, your husband, your wife – anybody.

"We have a responsibility to each other to try and bring peace into the hearts and minds of our neighbours, many of whom we do not even know, but who might be grateful for at least a smile as you pass them in the street.

"At least a little understanding if their dog barks a little too loud. We are all a little too ready to think about us. That awful Americanism, "Think of number one!"

"No, put number one last and think of all those others that you affect, that you meet, that you pass many times a day, millions of times throughout your life and often you don't realise, or perhaps I should say we don't realise, that we are too busy rushing by on our own road to notice those who are travelling with us,

"All are trying to make ends meet, not only in financial terms, but in mental terms by keeping their energies straight and to the point and not hurting others.

"There are many givers in this world, but there are not enough. There are far more takers – people who are happy to put out their hands and receive and give nothing back, sometimes not even a thank you.

"But we, with spiritual hearts and minds, know that we are here to help. Not to pour our love and our efforts into the sand like a glass of water in the desert, but look around and see where we can most help. Who is in most need?

"Because we are all here to learn and those that are brought to us we must recognise. Let us try and do something about it.

"Let us try and not walk by on the other side and let somebody else do it, a mistake we do well. I'm not going to bother. Why should I put myself out?

"Because the time will come for all of us when we are in need of that helping hand and if we have never put out a hand to help another, why should we receive God's love and spirit?

"We all have things that are given to us – time, opportunity, that ear, that shoulder. Let us all do what we can and hope that when our time comes, when we put out a thought and say, "Please. I can't cope with this alone."

"Then the great World of Spirit will send to us that helping hand, that wonderful ray of love that shows us that we are not alone and that we are all looked after, if only we would recognise it and say, "Thank you."

"You all know deep within, although you may have forgotten, that you came down from Spiritual Planes to serve a short amount of time on this particular plane of existence.

"I use the word 'serve' advisedly. Not as you serve a prison sentence, but as you live and serve others, who are around you.

"We have all come to help others on the difficult paths of life and in return we experience emotions and energies that we might find unpleasant, but which we have to conquer.

"Fear is the biggest of these emotions in terms of negativity. In terms of positiveness, love is the greatest emotion and as light always shines out into darkness and illuminates what is there, so love without condition will always overcome fear.

"As we all go through this 'mortal' life, we have opportunities offered to us by circumstances, by the Father, by our spiritual guides, so that we are given opportunities to serve others and to progress ourselves through our experience of being here.

"Life is continuous. We already lived in Spirit before we came and when we eventually step out of that body into which we came at the beginning, what people call 'death' – there I have said that wicked word that nobody likes – 'death'.

"Does it frighten you? Is it a bad word? All 'death' is that you step out of your physical body, which has served you well and you continue living on as you are.

"You don't suddenly find yourself purified and glorified. You are no Angel up in Heaven. You are still yourself, but out of the physical body.

"Those who do not understand the spiritual way and the meaning of spiritual life, who turn their backs on 'God' and step out of the physical body into darkness and the cold and the negativity of being stuck on the earth plane, have many lessons to learn.

"But you all by your presence here understand that life is continuous and we are going towards the light, towards the Spirit World in the hope that we attain a mental state of mind, which we call 'Heaven'.

"If you believe that 'Heaven' exists as a place, I am here to disillusion you. As you go along your life there will be no signpost by the side of your pathway saying "Heaven this way."

"Heaven is within and you can be in 'Heaven' here on Earth if you are happy, if you are good, if you try and help others along the pathway and then when it is your turn, when your body says, "This is enough. I am broken down. I can't sustain your soul, your mind, your essence any longer" and you step out, because of your understanding you step out into the light.

"And you know where to go – into the World of Spirit, where those who you love, your friends and family who have gone before, who have led exemplary lives on Earth, they will be there to greet you.

"'Death' is not a horrible thing. It is a release from suffering. You will step out and no longer feel the pain of past injuries, of old age, of whatever you have had to carry up to that time.

"Those who do not understand that 'God' is loving and kind do not find the light.

"So many out there who wouldn't dream of coming into this hall to be told that their life is meaningless, because they only worship money and possessions and want to do their own thing and to hell with anybody else!

"Then the 'Hell' in their lives is within their minds, as within yours 'Heaven' is in your own mind and so they will be stuck and have to learn to serve before they can move on, you have served and you will move on.

"But you will always be moving on through eternity along the various planes of existence, ultimately towards the Godhead, who gave each and every one of us life and understanding.

"In your quiet moments try and think 'God'. You cannot be 'God' except for that little part within you which is your conscience that tells you what is right and wrong.

"But if you try and think, "That is a terrible thing that has happened, how would 'God' think about that?"

"How would 'He' see the goodness in the carnage? Everything that happens has another side to the coin. Look twice.

"Somebody dies. They move on and they leave a family of young people and a husband who doesn't really care. That's tragic.

"But look at the other side of the coin to the opportunities that can and will be brought to the husband and to those children, so that they may learn to cope on their own, with help from others and help from that soul who passed into the light, who after a period of rest will come and whisper thoughts into the consciousness of those that she loved.

"Be at peace. Don't be frightened. 'Death', as somebody once said, "is an adventure." Until we go through those Spiritual Doors by stepping out of our body, we don't know.

"But if we have been good, we believe that it will all be there for us to understand and the opportunities of being free of the weight and negativity of our physical bodies and the global negativity will free our minds into understanding, so that we can move on and progress in love and peace and harmony to be fit to join the others who have already gone to the Spiritual Plane and to understand the beauties that we have been taught about.

"If only we have listened to the words of the Great Prophets, of Jesus and others, who if you read from a spiritual point of view, told you all about these things and how to live.

"Think well about it. God bless you all."

"I have come here tonight through many realms to be in this little building within this area that I am a reliably told is called East Sussex.

"England has done much over many generations to help the plight of men, women and children around this globe.

"Not all of these have been right, but this nation more than any other has taken a part in spreading good things around this World.

"In recent times the influence of this small nation has shrunk away and the needs are now coming, where from this nation will spread out through 'God's' Almighty hand to bring changes, to bring understanding and to bring enlightenment to those who are lost in the Darkness of Ignorance.

"Too many people have rushed around the globe gathering what they want, filling their pockets with greed for more than they need and taking from those who have already so little.

"Each and every person born upon this planet has a right to food and water and shelter and this World is now so commercial that you even have to go into your pockets to pay for a drink of water in many instances.

"Where has this commercialism come from except from the negativity that is swamping the light of Spirit?

"Each and every one of you has a soul, has an essence, a purpose, a thought process given to you by Almighty 'God' and it is for you to use that to the best of your ability.

"Because when you come home to Spirit you will be asked, "What have you done?"

""Is this plane of existence a better place because you came or have you filled your pockets and your bellies and your cupboards with good things, which you cannot take with you when you go home?"

"Far better to work for what you need and to give what you don't need to people who are deserving.

"Not the people who sit on their backsides with their hand out saying, "I am too lazy to work, gimme, gimme, gimme."

"No, the people who work and who try and are doing their best and even with very little, they help others.

"They are deserving and we all, perhaps, have things in our attics and in our garages that we don't really need any more, but somebody else might find them extremely useful.

"Think about what you will say when your life is reviewed in the next world.

"You do not come into court in front of Almighty 'God' who say, "You have been good, your stay, you have been bad, you go down."

"The Great Intelligence Force of the Universe has better things to do than to judge you.

"Although that might be frightening enough, the truth, for me, is more frightening than that, because we have to judge ourselves when we see how we have behaved.

"Through this process, when you have not been so good, you will feel the pain that was inflicted upon others when you thoughtlessly behaved that way.

"The other side is where you have been good and have helped and given love and healing and understanding. You will feel the warmth within and know that you made a difference.

"I ask you all, my friends, to consider, before it is too late, because it is no good going to the priest and saying, "Please absolve me of my sins."

"He can't do a darn thing.

"What you have done, you have done and let's hope that the scales, when you review your life, like the Egyptians who weighed your heart or would weigh your heart against a feather.

"If the scales tipped, then you wouldn't go to the gods.

"Let us hope that you are deserving and feeling what your existence has meant to others around you, that the scales are full on the side of plenty, of love, of understanding, of peace, of healing.

"And they don't cost a thing…

"It may seem to you that the world that we are living in is surrounded by very many clouds, dark and heavy, where no light can penetrate.

"Oil is flowing across the oceans, not to help the wheels of industry turn, but to maim and kill the wild life, because Man has made a mistake.

"There are many things around the world, which need to be changed and we all sit at home and think, "My voice doesn't matter. What good can I do?"

"The young lady up in Rochdale spoke out and she has made a change. She went out for a loaf of bread and has changed the complexion of how people are going to react later in the week.

"It is not for us to say who is right and who is wrong, but when one voice in the wilderness cries out, it is heard and others listen and agree or disagree because our Father gave us the choice.

"He gave us freewill, but if we stand up and say what we believe in for the Greater Good and not for ourselves, then others will come and agree and a movement may well be formed, so that better things can be done.

"It works both ways. There are any people out there – outside this building, in Eastbourne, in the big cities, in places around the world, their voices have said bad things.

"Where people have courted greed and avarice and have given man and woman and children the opportunity to say, "I want."

"I want that new and expensive pair of trainers. I want another television set. I want a third car," which may not be necessary.

"If we take what we need to survive, if we look to our shelter, to our food and our drink and our basic needs – there are many, many things that we do not need.

"There are so many things that we have that are cluttering up our homes, our garages, our attics that could help other people, if we chose to sort them out and circulate them.

"Our Father gave us on this earth, on this plane of existence, all that Man needs.

"There is enough of everything, as long as we share it. If we are determined to have more and we cut down the forests that take away the carbon dioxide, that cool the rays of the sun, then we are going to have to pay a price for it.

"There are many things out there which people say, particularly insurance brokers, "I am not paying you – that's an act of God!"

"Was that volcano an act of God? Did God look down like Zeus and whoosh. "I am going to ground all the planes in England. That'll teach them!"

"I don't believe that 'God' is like that. I don't believe that 'He' is vindictive. I believe that 'He' is loving and kind, like every good parent should be.

"Every good parent looks down at times on their children and say, "You have got it wrong son/daughter, but that is your choice and you have to go that way, because you have to find out for yourself what these growing pains are."

"Mankind is just like a spoil child that 'God' has spawned, who wants everything – the new trainers, the fast cars, the easy jets across the world, vegetables in total season.

"Twelve months of the year you can buy strawberries if you want them! Supermarkets are full of vegetables that have been leaving a carbon print all over the planet.

"But do we take any notice? No, because Tesco's and Asda and Sainsbury's and Waitrose, whoever – they have got to make their profit.

"Huge profits out of what we need to eat. That isn't very right and those profits could go to the people who need help.

"Vast amounts of money have been made out of tobacco and all those people who have died uncomfortably. That money isn't paid back into the system. It is costing us all more.

"We all have to look at our lives and look at our needs, decide what we need, as opposed to what we want and just occasionally treat ourselves, so that everybody has a chance.

"Not only in this country, but throughout Europe, throughout the continents, there are many, many people who are suffering.

"Tyrants are going to have to be thrown down, but the people are going to have to stand up and we are all facing some dark days.

"But if we stand up together, like many people did in the last World War and shared what we had and helped each other – that would be so much better.

"If we all remember that we are not alone and that help is coming. Say your prayers. Your thoughts are heard and when we ask from the Father with the right intensions, 'He' will answer them and 'He' does.

"So enjoy your week. Enjoy some sunny days during the summer in this sunny town of Eastbourne.

"Think about your fellows and remember when you go out, not to scowl, but to smile. It lightens everybody's day and we can all feel better because of it.

"What we must ask ourselves is who or what is 'God'?

"The word God crops up in every prayer, in every hymn, in our thoughts, in many books and in great literature.

"We all must have our own experience, our own definition, our own feeling of what 'God' is.

"The word GOD is easy. It comes from the word GOOD.

"I get a little upset when people saying, "'God' can do anything!"

"No. He can't do anything bad. He can't do anything hurtful.

"'GOD' is LOVE.

"'God' is the Creator. 'He' made all that we know. 'He' made us and 'He' gave us that little spark of consciousness, that essence, our soul if you like, but 'He' put something within us all.

"That I believe is a part of 'Him'. I say 'God' is 'Him', not because I am sexist, but I cannot bring myself to call 'God' "IT".

"'God' is too important. The word, whatever we call 'Him' does not matter, as long as we know that somewhere beyond our reason of understanding, there is a great controlling force.

"So that two and two always make four, so that the planets don't collide, so that the primroses come up every spring.

"So that we have food and water and shelter - not everybody does, but it is all there throughout the World if we look for it.

"If we share what is there amongst ourselves, then there is enough to go round.

"There are too many people at the moment who have got more than their share.

"The bankers want more money. It is their business to have money. Why shouldn't they have more money?

"Because it is our money and it should be shared out, so that we all have enough.

"Not all of us want to have Rolls Royces or Ferraris.

"We can get by very happily with our old bangers, our Minis or our VWs – as long as it gets us from A to B when we need to get there.

"Like Jenny and I coming here tonight. It doesn't matter what we come in as long as we leave in time and Spirit stretches the time if we get held up, so we can arrive nicely and a few minutes before, to meet you and to work with you all.

"There are always wonderful energies here in Seaford. We always enjoy coming and I always remember what Robin said to us the first time that we came.

"When he booked us in he said, "We have our Divine Service on Thursday!"

"Why not! Every moment of our lives is a Divine moment, because we are alive and every moment that we have ahead of us will be Divine.

"And it not a question of four score years and ten, it is a question of the whole of eternity that we will all spend to try to get back to where we started.

"To get that little essence within us back to the heart of the great controlling system of the Universe, which is in fact what I think 'God' is.

"We have been talking recently about our lives being strands like individual bits of a cobweb and how when you touch one of them – others move.

"If you think of the whole of the Universe, the whole of Creation, everybody is a strand of that cobweb and 'God' is somehow controlling all those strands together, so that they don't break or so that they don't burst, so all the things that 'He' has created in love are safe.

"Remember, when you say those words, you put them out into the Universe.

"It doesn't matter whether you call them prayer or whether you just put out thoughts – remember, they are not going to a person.

"They are going to a great 'Higher Being', who understands everything that is going on.

"Not only the totality of life and existence, but what you need and what you need and what I need.

"If you ask in the right way, it will certainly come.

"Remember, that between us and 'Godhead' are all the guides and all those people who love us.

"Our family, our friends who have gone and those who have taken it upon themselves through great years of experience, thousands of years for some them, who come to look after us and to guide us on our path.

"Is it too much to ask that we listen to what they have to say to us?

"And trust them that they know better than we do, which way we should go and how we should live our lives for the benefit of those around us and not just for ourselves?

"We must remember the greater good is greater than we are.

"So let us all try and do our best. It is easy to stand here and say, "I am going to do good tomorrow. I'm going to do more tomorrow."

"We must remember that tomorrow that we must go out and do it.

"So we are gathered together in the Presence and the Power of the Lord and I need to make sure that you understand what that means.

"In creation, 'God' the Great Wisdom, the Great Spirit of Love, took a part of 'Himself' and put it in each and every soul throughout the Universe.

"That little bit is Consciousness. It is Life and although it is small, we have 'God's' power within us – if we chose to use it.

"Many turn away and worship the Material Darkness of the benefits that Mankind thinks he wants at the expense of what he needs.

"So within us we have this Power and we all today/tonight put our power together in this small space and, as Jesus taught us, when there is a group together he will be in our midst.

"How can that be? There is not another person here than when we started.

"We have to understand and belief truly that we are spirit in body and that when we pass we come out and leave our body behind and our spirit continues forever more.

"Jesus died on the cross, painfully, obviously. Not to take away our sins. Nobody can take away our sins except 'God'.

"If we do bad things we shall have to face up to them. No confession to a churchman can take that away from us.

"So Jesus did not die on the cross to take our sins away, he died to prove to everybody that we can't die, that we are immortal and that we continue.

"And two thousand years ago, that spirit that we have all heard of but we don't always understand, is still working upon this little globe to all the people who are prepared to stand up and say, "Yes. You were born as man. You lived as man. You died as man, but you are alive and you demonstrated the spirit."

"The spirit that we should all try and emanate, because if you look at this man's life and all that happened and the so-called miracles that he was supposed to have done, they are all explained by natural or spiritual law.

"And did he not say that those who come after will do even greater things than he did?

"These things are still being done. People are still being healed. People are still being asked to believe and to be true to what is good and honest and, if we all stand together in peace and love and stand up for what is right, we can all make this world a better place.

"We are all being asked to make a big decision in three or four week's time. Don't vote for what is best for you, for the promises that you might be made.

"Think about what is best for everybody, for the future of this country, because we have got to clean out the corruption and the wickedness.

"Just as much as Jesus tried to do in the Temple before he was arrested by sweeping out the moneychangers and the corruption in 'God's' House.

"He said that the Temple would be pulled down and it was, forty years later by the Romans, but he was talking about the temple that is within us, where our spirit is.

"And he was telling us, ahead of time, that in three days his temple would rise up and he would come and talk to people in rooms, on the roads and prove life everlasting and that we have the power of the Spirit within us all, if only we use it for greater good and not our own greed.

"We need to give to those who are in need and we should know who those people are. There are a lot of people who are in need at this time. Just look around you and see who is deserving.

"Please look in your garages and your attics and see what you do not need, because many of you have things that have been gathering dust for a very long time and to give them to somebody who really does need a new coat, because they are cold – not because it is fashionable to have another one.

"We must all look to ourselves. We must all look within and we can feel that warmth when we do things for those who need.

"It doesn't necessarily mean that you have to put your hands into your pockets. A smile – a smile cheers many people. You greet somebody with a smile in the morning and they smile back.

"It breaks that stubborn countenance on their face and we feel better, so if they go round the corner and they see somebody else with a stubborn face and they smile and your ripple effect has started.

"Now there are two people going around smiling and eventually the lightening of the energies around Crawley and Gossops Green will become better and people will feel better, simply because you went out of your house this morning and smiled at somebody who is in need.

"They may only be in need for your ear. Some of the older people, who nobody listens to anymore, have sad things in their hearts.

"They have memories that they want to pass on and we are all too busy rushing around grandly, trying to put a quart into a pint pot every day and don't listen to other people and what they had.

"I am not talking about the neighbour who is sees you come outside your front door with the latest gossip. Not gossip, but people who want to unburden something that has hung heavy on their hearts for a long time.

"The man who had to fight during the war, there are few of them about now, but sometimes they like to talk about it. Not to show off, but to let people know what it was like in the war.

"I am not in favour of war, but when you look at the good things that happen in the Second World War when people looked around and worked as one together and shared what they had and everybody was one big family.

"They are too many people around who don't look around. They have their little close-knit family. It is all they are interested in. You come out of the bank and a woman in front of you slams the door in your face and didn't even know you were there!

"But you might be an old lady with a stick, who would really appreciate that door being held open at just that moment or a pregnant lady who is carrying her first child and somebody blows their filthy cigarette smoke in her face.

"Because that will go into her lungs and into her body and into her unborn child, but somebody wasn't thinking. They were too busy doing what they want to do.

"We must all start thinking about the effects of what we do on other people, because that is what God is all about. It is what we do, not for ourselves, not for our own gain but what we do unconditionally.

"We must bear in mind what our actions mean to them – if we hurt them or if we make them smile. Let's hope we make them smile and make them happy and then the more of that that we do there more people will be doing it.

"Then the vibrations of this very sad Earth will raise up and move towards the Light.

"It's always nice when you arrive somewhere to be greeted with a smile and a helping hand, especially if you have never been to that place before.

"I can assure you that if this is the way that you live your life by smiling and helping people, when your time comes to go on that great adventure into the next dimension I can promise you that you will be met with smiles and helping hands to take you into that Summerland where you can bask in 'God's' great golden light and you will be taken to the place that you have earned for yourselves by the way that you have lived your life down here.

"Not everybody will have such a pleasant journey. We all know souls who find it difficult to smile. They are frightened that their face may crack.

"They have problems. We all have problems, but they seem unable to help those around them. They are too closeted in their own little bubble of woe.

"If they don't help others, how are they to be helped?

"If you live your life treating people in the way that you wish to be treated then you will be treated in that very way.

"This is the Law of 'God'. This is the Law of Creation. This is the Law of the Spirit Realms, where you came from and where you will go back and hopefully you will be greeted with smiles and helping hands and go into the light, whereby others with their long countenance may well go into the twilight or the greyness and have to find the light the hard way without so much help – although help is always there.

"Because 'God' made us in 'His own image, which means he gave us 'His' consciousness, for 'God' for me is not an old man with a white beard sitting up on a high seat saying, "You haven't been very good. You can go down into purgatory or shovel coal or whatever else some people believe."

"'God' is life. 'God' is the great consciousness. It is 'God' that took what was there and put it in order and these Laws that 'God' brought in run right through the whole of the Universe, the Cosmos, the flowers and the animals. Just look at the regular laws that persist all the way through.

"'God' is order. 'God' is love. 'God' is not the 'horrible man' that the people in the Old Testament blamed for all their mistakes.

"I was reading the other night of the Children of Israel who were so incensed that 'God' was getting it wrong and treating them badly, because they had gone off to do what they wanted to do, to worship false idols and ignore 'God's' children around them.

"The Law of Cause and Effect was brought in by our Great Creator, who chose the Assyrians to come in and do it and the ten tribes of Israel first of all had to learn their lessons and then somebody else came in and took the other two to task.

"'God' is not an 'angry person'. He is a 'person of love', but if we break 'His' laws, 'His' laws of love, and we do what we want to do all the time regardless of those people around us who we may be hurting, then we are going to get our comeuppance.

"It is much easier to be a loving soul, even though it hurts when the people that you have helped don't recognise your help. They may even be unkind to you for what you have done.

"We have all had it, but that is their problem. Because we have helped in the right way with the right intensions, I can assure you all that it gives you Brownie points up in the great warehouse in the sky and that will be there waiting for you and nobody can take that away.

"And if you have enough, when you go through this transition, this transition that was so beautifully put in our opening prayer, we are all beautiful, we are all butterflies, but we are so frail.

"Yes, we are frail, because the more sensitive we are the more spiritual we are with our lives, the more it hurts when people don't respond in the same way.

"So it makes an awful lot of sense that if we help each other and smile and do what we can, when our time comes for us to leave our worn out old bodies and this frail essence of 'God', 'His' consciousness, 'His' life, 'His' thought process that he put in each and every one of us, is ready to go somewhere.

"I hope you will all remember, all the times you smiled and helped somebody and not the times that you turned your back on them and spurned them, because we each want every little bit of help that we can get and then it will be there.

"Suddenly we will leave these heavy vibrations. Suddenly we will be free of our bodies and the heavy negativeness of this earth plane and we shall be released and those we love and others will come and guide us into the place, in the Summerland, where there is no decay and everything is perfect and we will have a little place in that.

"That is better than being in Haiti or some of the other spots in the World that people thought was paradise and it turned so very badly.

"But one thing that we can be absolutely certain of that when we pass if we have been fair and we have done our best, there is a little bit of Heaven there waiting for us.

"And I hope to see you all there. 'God' bless you all."

"It's been a very trying few weeks for a lot of people. The hustle and bustle and build up to Christmas. The festive season that wasn't quite as we imagined it was going to be and then the weather.

"Snowed in, can't get your provisions, a lot of people in a lot of trouble and needing a lot of help and so a lot of people now are turning towards the summer.

"They are looking forward to a holiday, where they can find that little bit of heaven on Earth, where it's warm and quiet and everybody's in harmony and on the air there is that sweet smell of the flowers.

"Idyllic – there is only one snag. You have got to save up your Brownie points. You have got to have the wherewithal to get you to this little bit of heaven.

"And that's really no different from the Kingdom of Heaven. You have got to do your good deeds. You have got to help each other. We have all got to do what we came down to do.

"As Jesus said, "Let there be Heaven on Earth, because it eases your transition into the Father's Kingdom" and we can only do that by doing what we came down to do.

"A lot of people over many thousands of years have been looking at life. Why we're here? What's the point? I can tell you. It's no secret!

"We have all come down individually to help each other and in doing so we build up in Heaven – in that great warehouse somewhere – all the Brownie points that we have earned.

"Call them what you like – credits. A lot of people do their good deeds not really thinking about why they are doing them, but if they can just see that somebody needs some help and so they do what they can.

"That is all to the good because the time will come when however fortunate we are in life, we have a job, we have a home, we have a happy marriage, there are always times when we need a helping hand.

"Maybe it's that your BMW's got stuck in the snow! Lucky you can afford the petrol in the car and whatever, because when you are stuck in the snow it is not much good to you.

"You need a helping hand. Like that old person did at the end of the road, who couldn't get out to get his provisions. He hadn't thought to stock up. He didn't really believe the snow was going to happen or maybe he wasn't well.

"You can help and in helping, wherever you go whatever you do, you don't have to be a Good Samaritan and don't have to go out looking, there are plenty of people in need of help.

"Look here and there and God will give you that helping hand when it is your turn. If on the other hand your ego is bigger than your common sense, then perhaps when that time comes you will be spiritually bankrupt.

"And there won't be anything up in that great warehouse in the sky with your name on it. What is going to happen then? Yes, you'll miss out. You will go down instead of up.

"But God is love and He knows what is best for us and if we are stupid enough or uncaring enough not to help each other, when our time comes and we need that help, there will always be some one worse off than we are.

"So we can still give a helping hand and be helped ourselves. This is why we came. We are all looking forward to that little bit of Heaven – those two weeks of harmony and love.

"No telephones, no computers, no worries, just a loving partner and a happy time. The only difference that I can think off between that little bit of heaven on Earth and that bit of Heaven, wherever you think Heaven is – is that you don't have to come home.

"The Kingdom of Heaven is our home and this where we came from. We looked down one day and we were in the queue and somebody said, "Wouldn't it be a good idea if you went down and helped those people down there?"

"And you said, "Oh yes, what a good idea" and you signed up.

"You said to God, "I'll spend time down there helping other people."

"So you do that, you come down and the way that you lived your life down here will depend on whereabouts you go in the hierarchy of God's' Kingdom of Love.

"The more good and the more help you've done the higher the vibrations you are going to be up towards Him. That's what it's all about.

"You are going back home. Don't go back bankrupt. Take the love that has been given to you and give love to those who need it. Help that miserable old so and so with his BMW.

"It doesn't matter whether he gets home, but it matters that you will have the tick in the box, "Yes, I helped somebody."

"So the next time my little mini gets stuck there will be a big strong man who will get out of his BMW and give me a push.

"Look forward to your holidays. Look forward to the nicest and most wonderful things that you can, because God is love and they are already for you if you live your life well for others and go up when your term of duty on this earth plane is finished.

"Look forward to that and thank God that as you look around you can see His hand in all these things. Just stop and look for it.

Given as the Address by Michael Ayers at Divine Service at Crawley Spiritual Church, Gossips Green in West Sussex on Sunday, 6^th December 2009

"Divinity for some is a way of life. You will all have your own particular favourites – Harry Edwards, Saint Francis of Assisi, Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela, Jesus of Nazareth.

"Jesus actual attained the highest level of spirituality that it is possible to reach on this earth plane. He was, if you like, more divine than we will ever be.

"We are all divine in our small way, because God has made us in his own likeness. God is the great Universal Consciousness and we are conscious.

"We are alive. We have thought and it is up to us individually to nurture that great gift of life and consciousness that we have been given and to keep it pure and to expand it on a spiritual level.

"As Jesus showed how it could be done. Jesus was a great teacher. He spoke to all people. He was born a Jew and he was brought up in confines of the Jewish thought at the time.

"But he expanded his understanding of life by talking to all people of all generations and his words are still so meaningful to us.

"He taught us that we have divinity within. He also taught us that it is impossible for us to go into the Kingdom of Heaven unless we become as a small child.

"What did he mean? Do you understand those words that he is saying to you?

"Because a small child comes into this earth plane, hopefully from loving parents and is brought into life through the womb of a woman in love.

"That child in a loving natural environment gives and takes love without asking anything for it. That is unconditional love.

"If we do not live amongst ourselves in unconditional love, how can we be fit for the Kingdom of Heaven?

"That is what Jesus was telling us. Now we are approaching a festival that celebrates the birth of a consciousness who came down and taught us all we need to know about divinity and spirituality.

"If only we would stop and listen to the words he spoke to us, not the creed and dogma of religions, but to understand the simplicity of what he taught us.

"Love each other. Help each other. Don't just take what you want and trample over those who get into your way, as certain levels of commerce where this is being very well published and has been in past months.

"Those people are going to bring us all down. They are going to bring the economy down and unless we stand and work together and help each other, there won't be much left for our children and our children's children.

"So I ask you all this Christmas, a festival of giving and receiving because both are worthy, give unconditional love.

"Stand up for your rights and may the World produce happier vibrations, lighter vibrations so that negativity and materialism that is all around us is at least for a few days, lifted up so that we can all be happy and at peace.

"God bless you all."

"While we were on our way to join you this evening for your Divine Service, we were driving up an unlit dark lane, very narrow, used by a lot of people as a short cut to cut out the town.

"Suddenly in front of us there was a cyclist, dressed in dark colours, with no lights, no reflectors and very difficult to see.

"That person, I am sure you will agree, was not taking personal responsibility.

"Everybody knows the dangers. It was, I hope, a situation from which that person got home safely.

"But from where we are in the Spirit World, we look down upon you and we see you on your road going your own way, often taking no notice of what is about you and the dangers that you are in.

"We try to send you messages. We try and get through to your mind.

"Those who are close to you, who on the earth plane you loved and hopefully still do because they are alive, they try to warn you of the dangers.

"We try, as guides, with a little more experience we try and get the message through to you.

"You may see signs and think, "Oh isn't that strange the number of that car it rings a bell!"

"It could be anything. We try and get the message through and when it gets serious enough we have mediums, who can talk to you and bring you messages.

"They are not plucking them out of the air. Their guides are talking to you with the message that your guides want you to know.

"They want you to listen, because if you don't listen there is no more that we can do to help you and sometimes people will not change their path

"They will not put reflectors on so that they can be seen. They will not light a light. They will not light a candle.

"They are too busy going their own narrow way in their own little lives and so many don't even believe that 'God' is there organising the Universe that 'He' created for us all to live in.

"Things do not happen by chance.

"Things do not happen because the Government say so that that is the only way to go, because they too are human and they can get it wrong, as so many Governments around the World are getting it wrong now.

"The Credit Crunch hasn't finished my friends. The worst is yet to come. So be prepared.

"Don't think like that cyclist, "It's not going to happen to me!"

"Don't bury your heads in the sand. See what you need to do and where you need to go and listen to the Voice of Spirit, which is within you all, because you too are spirit.

"You happen to be in an earthly body, because what 'God' made, your essence, your soul, would be crushed by the weight of the vibrations upon this earth plane.

"So we have a body, but that should not preclude us listening to our spirit, to our conscience, to the voice that tells us what is right and what is not.

"So please be wary. Please listen. Please think very seriously about what Spirit tells you. Test the Spirit. Don't take it for granted that it is right.

"The medium may not be right. She may have got it wrong. Get confirmation.

"Ask and listen and when the evidence is sufficient for you to understand that it's true, then you must act upon it, even if it is not what you want – for the greater good it must be right.

"So I say to you all, "Light a candle and don't be ashamed of your spirituality. Lighten, be a light."

"Be a light for the Creator, for us in Spirit who try so hard to help you.

"Listen to us and let us all go forward together to make this a better World for us and our children and our grandchildren to come down to and to live in.

"God bless you all."
